BREWERY TOUR
Have a look at our historical brewery! The Baroque architecture of the FÜRST CARL brewery and the Prince’s Palace in Ellingen are unique and well worth seeing. Visit us and experience first-hand how our FÜRST CARL beers are brewed in the historic Brew House. Old copper kettles stand in the baroque cross vault. Just opposite you can also look directly into the fermentation cellar. At FÜRST CARL, you can watch our brewers at work. The brewing experience can also be seen in 3D with our own 3D film, which we show during the brewery tour in the Brew House.
