FÜRST CARL brews not only excellently crafted beers – we offer so much more!
FÜRST CARL offers regional food specialities in the FÜRST CARL Bräustüberl in Ellingen or the new FÜRST CARL restaurant Rodel INN at the Summer toboggan run in Pleinfeld. You can also toboggan down one of our two 500 metre long toboggan runs or if you are looking for something a little slower paced, we have an 18-hole mini golf course available. There is also a bungee-trampoline for the smaller visitors!
Celebrate
We can offer you our Bräustüberl festive room for up to 35 people and our banqueting hall for up to 70 people. If you are looking to celebrate in a big way, we can offer you our historic Ox barn – ideal for big festivities – which can accommodate up to 200 people. Whether you are looking for a place to celebrate your wedding, birthday or any other event – we have the perfect solution for every occasion!
