Hops, malt, water and yeast are the ingredients needed for making good beer.
We select carefully the hops, which are grown in the hop fields in close proximity to our historic brewery. The malt houses that supply our malt chambers are from our region, Franconia. The water used to brew FÜRST CARL beers comes from our own spring. After fermentation and storage in our vaulted cellars, the beer is ready to be consumed by connoisseurs and people who value and appreciate the freshness and character of the different beer specialities that FÜRST CARL is well-known / famous for: excellent beers made by our skilful brewers who truly understand their craft and are passionate about our beers.
