OUR COMPANY

The Fürst von Wrede GmbH & Co. Unternehmens KG contains several branches of business. These include the Fürst Carl castle brewery, the Fürst Carl Bräustüberl, the Fürst Carl brewery shop, the Princely estate buildings, the Fürst Carl summer toboggan run, the administration of the Prince’s estate and forest. The company has been run by the Princes of Wrede for eight generations. Since the investiture of Field Marshal Carl Philipp Prince of Wrede in May 1815, the Princely family of Wrede have found a new home in Ellingen and the surrounding area.
